The MBA Attitude : Moral Boosters!

Decision to do MBA abroad is a big decision in itself! It can take you through a lot of anguish considering the innumerable conflict of interests you have with yourself, your friends and the family of course! I won’t get filmy now, but in India one of the biggest hurdles of going abroad is the attachment to your family. And then, Why not India? is the million dollar question (literally)! Of course I am a ‘been there done that’ guy in this but finally glad that I have made my decision (that I am ready to go abroad as well). This is for the people who are still in the dilemma and I hope this will help you to conclude…

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream.” — Mark Twain

“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that!” – Rocky Balboa

Hope these have inspired you in the right sense. This is the right attitude for MBA. Afterall, attitude determines the altitude! Adios!
